As the CEO of Other.ly, an early-stage technology company, I have been leading every aspect of the business, including identifying and testing product-market fit, securing several million dollars of financing, leading technical and business development teams, securing government and customer revenue, and successfully managing numerous audits and litigation. Currently, I am working with partners and investors to assess to what extent we should increase investments in the company.
My advisory background included Benefits Realization Assessment for a $380M project for ATB Financial (Canada’s 6th largest bank); Funding Model Assessment and Recommendation for Alberta Ministry of Youth and Children Services ($700M annual budget); IM/IT Strategy for Alberta Health Services ($500M annual IT budget); SharePoint strategy and implementation (12,000 initial user); Process Outsourcing for Alberta Ministry of Health ($10M process), to mention a few. Most recently, my advisory focus has been helping early stage technology founders with a broad array of issues and opportunities. As an angel investor, I have invested in many of the tech companies I help.
I particularly enjoy and can add more value where the problem or the business objective appears complex, riddled with uncertainty, has many stakeholders with seemingly conflicting interests, or the challenge seems impossible to solve.
My education background is MBA, Business Process Manager, Organizational Change Manager, and Lean Sensei. Pursuing Professional Director designation.
